I decided to add a man and his dog who had walked by us as we painted. He was collecting grass for his horse.

Elizabath, I think adding the man with the red shirt was a great idea. It gives some contrast to all the green and balances the tree. I like that he's not centered on the road (and of course, I like the dog!)
I love the addition of the red-shirted man too. This painting is suddenly really alive!
