This is another painting I am working on. I want to use bright colors but right now they are too bright.

We're finally home from our month long journey. New Mexico to Colorado (thanks for the congrats) to Wisconsin to Missouri and then west toward home.
I love seeing your paintings - wish I could see them up close. I try to work with more paint and then back off again because I just feel out of control. It looks so easy but is so difficult to do! The tree painting is striking. Are these all large paintings?
I'm heading to Jane's to paint for the first time in a month so maybe there'll be some photos.
