Had a short painting session over at Jane's today. This is from one of the many photos I snapped out the window of the truck as we were driving from Meeker to Taos last week. I've really been into blue skies lately! This is a 6x6.

WOW. This really captures the feeling of the place. I love the colors, the clouds, the misty distance and the detail in the foreground. It's a winner!
I really love this little painting, Gay. I think you ARE a landscape painter afterall....along with all your other talents!
